Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a change of scenery and a new career opportunity? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $10 million subdivision project in Bargara and a subdivision project in Burnett Heads. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.

About you

You'll have a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works. You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities with a focus on effective planning and execution
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Expertise in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
  • Ability to build and nurture working relationships
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for leading, motivating, and influencing teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
