Civil Infrastructure Project Lead

About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Lead to join our team on a landmark project in Victoria, Australia. The role will involve overseeing critical civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, plans, schedules, and quality standards.

  • Manage excavation and formation works, including compliance with project specifications, plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Lead the application of trial blasting, focusing on safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Execute drainage works in line with project requirements and environmental standards.

Responsibilities also include:

  • Cultivate a team environment that encourages communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Update the Project Manager regularly on civil works progress, budget, and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in civil construction for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
