We are seeking a skilled and resourceful professional to fill a Procurement Contract Specialist role. This position will involve managing a steady pipeline of construction projects across various sites, working closely with internal teams and site-based stakeholders to ensure commercial outcomes are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the procurement process from sourcing to contract administration
  • Developing and implementing effective procurement strategies

You will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with construction projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 6–10 years of experience in procurement management for construction projects
  • Industry background in mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure
  • Solid exposure to pre-contract procurement activities (RFx, contract development, vendor negotiations)
  • Ideally some post-contract or contract administration experience during delivery
  • Proven ability to build relationships with remote stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • Able to juggle multiple small projects with tight deadlines—this is key to success
