About the Role

Deliver exceptional procurement expertise to drive business success.

We seek a Contracts Specialist with strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of contract creation, review, and amendments.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support in drafting, negotiating, and administering procurement contracts across various categories.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts based on internal and supplier scope of works, variations, deeds of novation, & renewals
  • Identify and mitigate risk
  • Ensure all legal and contractual matters are addressed appropriately
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance
  • Maintain the contract register and provide robust contract administration support
  • Offer guidance on contract-related issues to internal stakeholders
Key Requirements
  • University degree in business, law, or commerce
  • Experience working within the Procurement or Legal Industry
  • Working knowledge of both commercial and general legal risks, terminology, and principles (preferably within the procurement sector)
