Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our construction team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and procurement throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • Manage procurement, scopes of work, and variations
  • Track project budgets and cost reporting
  • Liaise with site teams and suppliers
  • Ensure contract compliance and risk management
  • Assist with claims, invoicing, and documentation
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 3–6 years' experience in a Contract Administrator role
  • Experience with commercial or residential construction projects
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
