Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team.

About The Role
  • Assist with developing and implementing effective procurement strategies and activities that align with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor and review end-to-end procurement processes by creating Purchase Orders and processing payments efficiently.
  • Provide accurate and professional advice and support to staff regarding procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough procurement planning, documentation, evaluation, supplier negotiation, contract documentation, and supply arrangements establishment and maintenance.
  2. Liaise, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement processes.
  3. Support complex procurement projects by undertaking administrative functions and ensuring seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in contemporary procure-to-pay and contract management strategies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in leveraging data and technology to drive business growth.
