Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic procurement team.
About The Role- Assist with developing and implementing effective procurement strategies and activities that align with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and review end-to-end procurement processes by creating Purchase Orders and processing payments efficiently.
- Provide accurate and professional advice and support to staff regarding procurement activities.
- Conduct thorough procurement planning, documentation, evaluation, supplier negotiation, contract documentation, and supply arrangements establishment and maintenance.
- Liaise, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement processes.
- Support complex procurement projects by undertaking administrative functions and ensuring seamless execution.
- Experience in contemporary procure-to-pay and contract management strategies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in leveraging data and technology to drive business growth.
