About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Collections Officer to join our team at Pepper Financial Services Group. As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts related to our asset finance product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain delinquent accounts to ensure timely collection and minimize losses.
  • Utilize systems and processes to effectively recover debts and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve issues and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
