Job Description

The Medical Officer Career Advancement and Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the development of medical officers at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital. This individual will work closely with directors of prevocational education and training to coordinate and evaluate education for junior medical staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and rostering functions, maintaining HealthRoster, and liaising with various stakeholders such as HETI and the Medical Board of Australia.
