Role Overview
This is a newly created position within the Operations team, offering an excellent opportunity to break into the medical devices field or advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and comprehensive reporting
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations for commercial initiatives to drive growth and achievement of commercial strategy and objectives
- Identify and evaluate fundamental underlying commercial challenges, providing recommendations for actions needed to improve and/or mitigate risk
- Drive linkage of sales strategy to commercial objectives through KPIs and related insights
- Build and maintain strong rapport with commercial business partners in sales, marketing, inside sales, and customer operations
- Manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or business
- Familiarity with Power BI preferred
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills are critical
- Analyze business processes, design process improvements, and train business users on new processes
- Experience supporting or working with a commercial organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Driving commercial/sales process improvement
- Develop and communicate KPIs, insights, and related recommendations
