- Manage the collection of excess payments
- Coordinate with staff from other departments to achieve common goals
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry efficiently
The ideal candidate will possess high-level customer service skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly developed organizational abilities with task prioritization and deadline meeting skills, strong attention to detail, experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), and ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
Prior experience in Healthcare, Medical, or Dental Administration is preferred. A Diploma or TAFE level qualification in Administration, Business Management, or related field (or working towards same) is desired.
