Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic inventory plans in collaboration with corporate and branch teams to meet parts needs and adhere to inventory cycles and control procedures.
- Manage multi-store inventory levels to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with audit criteria.
- Conduct thorough daily inventory analyses, coordinate the annual physical inventory, and resolve issues to monitor performance.
- Optimise inventory levels for maximum efficiency and implement effective control procedures.
- Oversee the return process for corporate parts and allocate resources effectively to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team by setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks to support branch needs and customer service.
- The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, strong customer service orientation, professional attitude, and sound judgment in customer interactions.
- Proven organisational skills, ability to prioritise effectively, and leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
