We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Parts Inventory Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**_About the Opportunity:_**

As the Parts Inventory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our operations forward. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing parts inventory management across multiple branches, ensuring seamless coordination and effective resource allocation. This role will support our teams by managing parts inventory levels to increase customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. The successful candidate will be accountable for managing all aspects of corporate parts and attachments inventory within our system.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish inventory objectives and develop strategic ordering plans.
- Analyze and manage multi-store inventory levels to meet parts needs, adhering to inventory cycles and control procedures.
- Conduct daily inventory analyses and coordinate annual physical inventories to resolve issues and monitor performance.
- Optimize inventory levels for efficiency and compliance with audit criteria.
- Oversee the return process of corporate parts and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and lead a team by setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Perform additional tasks to support branch requirements and customer service excellence.

**About You:**

- 3-5 years of experience in parts inventory management or a related field.
- 2+ years of direct supervisory experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
