Parts Inventory Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to lead our inventory team.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position in our operations, responsible for overseeing inventory management across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and develop required inventory levels at the branch and corporate level.
- Inventory Control: Manage multi-store inventory in accordance with inventory cycles and implement effective inventory control procedures.
- Analysis and Problem-Solving: Conduct daily inventory analysis to identify and solve inventory problems.
- Supervise and lead a Corporate team of employees.
- Set employee performance goals and review performance on an ongoing basis.
- Create and maintain a safe work environment.
- Previous experience in parts inventory management with a professional attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and sound judgment when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Three to five years of work experience in inventory management.
- Two or more years of direct supervisory experience.
Desired Skills and Qualities: A highly motivated individual with strong leadership ability and effective delegation skills.
