Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a Store Leader to manage our op shop store in Maryborough, Victoria. This role involves leading a team of volunteers and overseeing inventory levels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of volunteers to achieve sales targets and support the business.
  • Manage huge inventory levels and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Control rosters and ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Effective leadership with a positive motivational style.
  • Proven ability to manage sales and targets.
  • Innovative visual merchandising skills.
  • Large format or volume stock experience is an advantage.
