Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Content Creator to develop engaging training content across accredited and non-accredited programs, including learner guides, assessments, and digital modules.

About the Role:

  • Create high-quality learning experiences that support compliance, operational excellence, and career development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to ensure learning content reflects real-world requirements.
  • Apply instructional design principles to align learning content with adult learning best practices, business needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with project teams to meet delivery milestones and support content rollouts.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital learning trends and apply new tools and techniques to enhance learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative learning solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Develop engaging content for classroom and online formats, utilizing multimedia resources when appropriate.
  • Conduct research to stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience developing learning content in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or operational learning environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and instructional design skills for both classroom and online formats.
  • Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia, Snagit) and Learning Management Systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Qualification in Education, Training, Media, Communications, or a related field (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential).
