About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Instructional Designer to deliver high-quality learning solutions that support our organisation's transformation. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for assessing and scoping training needs, designing and delivering responsive learning solutions, and creating engaging digital assets.

  • Assess and scope training needs to support change initiatives
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning solutions on time
  • Create engaging digital assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning
  • Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into learning design
  • Partner with business units to align training with capability and change goals
  • Translate complex processes into clear, accessible learning experiences
  • Apply advanced instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Leverage tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and AI-powered platforms

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has proven experience in creating engaging and effective learning experiences, strong proficiency in systems including CRM platforms and learning management systems (LMS), and in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in systems, including CRM platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing system and role-based training programs.
