Job Overview:

The Courseware Developer is a crucial role within our team, focused on creating innovative learning products that enhance knowledge acquisition.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop training systems and lessons in courseware authoring software, driving our success in the field.

  • Design and develop comprehensive courseware and training materials that meet high standards
  • Promote collaboration and review of training content to ensure adherence to development guidelines and requirements
  • Maintain delivery schedules and report any issues arising during the process
  • Cultivate expertise with colleagues and monitor performance in tasks

A Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience, combined with a demonstrated understanding of ADF training policies and procedures, is essential for this position.

This role may involve national and international travel and requires SECRET (NV1) level Defence security clearance.

  • Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools
  • Strong design and development skills, with the ability to create engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
