Speech Pathologist Role

We are expanding our speech pathology services and welcome experienced professionals to join us in making a difference.

As a speech pathologist, you will be working with individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same, as we strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests.

Our team assists with early intervention including infants 0-12 months, feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Early Years caseload (0-5) – Early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)
  • School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
  • Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation
  • Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups
