**Job Title:** Business Transformation Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our business transformation team. As a Business Transformation Professional, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate complex change and transition to low-impact, high-performance operating models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their sustainability business transformations using Organizational Change Management skills
  • Develop, recommend, and deliver change strategies
  • Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently

Preferred Requirements:

  • PROSCI certification encouraged
