Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture Business Partner to drive transformation and continuous improvement of HR practices. This pivotal role combines expertise in human resource management, workforce management, and change management to deliver innovative workforce strategies and engagement programs.
About the Role- This senior position plays a crucial part in driving organisational transformation by leading workforce and change initiatives that strengthen capability and culture.
- You will act as a trusted coach and advisor, empowering leaders to manage people effectively and navigate complexity while influencing outcomes.

About You
- You have experience leading the design and implementation of innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs that drive organisational transformation.
- Experience in applying a data-driven approach to HR business partnering, using metrics and performance indicators to develop KPI-focused strategies and actionable plans.
- You possess proven ability to coach and guide leaders through people-related challenges, ensuring compliance, and empowering them to manage their teams effectively.
- A high level of business acumen enables you to quickly understand stakeholder dynamics and link HR strategies to business risks and opportunities.
