Human Resources Strategic Leader

We seek a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner for our People Strategy and Capability team on a 6-month fixed term contract.
As trusted advisors to senior leaders and executives, you will provide strategic guidance and support on people initiatives, including workforce planning, organisational capability and succession planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading the People and Culture program and lifecycle, as well as providing expert advice on HR policies and processes.
This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to drive real results.
Our ideal candidate will have significant demonstrated experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, preferably within a complex, matrixed organisation.
Essential Requirements- A tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field is desirable but extensive experience is equally valued.
- Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices.
- Proven ability to work strategically with senior leaders and executives.
- Demonstrated success in delivering talent opportunities and addressing talent challenges.
