About the Role

This role is part of our Global Medical & Professional Affairs team, supporting clinical strategies of Wound Care Division. We help prevent, manage and accelerate wound healing.

  • Deliver professional education webinars, virtual and in-person events to support solutions.
  • BUILD KOL relationships and networks to advocate for products and solutions.
  • Develop and manage clinical case studies, quality improvement projects, and clinical studies relevant to product portfolios.
Your Responsibilities

You will represent us in a positive and professional manner. Provide behavioral feedback, review expense reports, and ensure activities align with company policies. Monitor and deliver product-related programs to position us as outstanding solutions for safe, gentle, and effective wound healing.

Act as a clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers and Product Managers, ensuring proper implementation of clinical policies and procedures. Provide training and support for new hires and existing Territory Managers. Represent us at industry tradeshows and related wound care conferences. Identify and nurture potential advocates and clinical investigators.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's or higher degree in Nursing or a related clinical specialty. 4+ years of similar clinical sales experience is required. Comprehensive knowledge of wound care management, strong industry and clinical network, and experience presenting to KOLs are highly desirable.
