Job Title: Logistics Care Specialist

This role focuses on logistics customer care and requires effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of business processes.

About the Role

The position involves managing customer returns, providing visibility on backorders, and resolving customer care notifications related to logistics. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of SAP systems and be able to develop strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics in a timely manner.
  • Process returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for efficient completion.
  • Utilize system tools to record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures.
  • Communicate effectively on back-order management.
  • Support Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop trust with field sales to increase productivity and reduce inbound calls.
  • Handle emails efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Contribute to the training of new team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid understanding of related business processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple responsibilities.
