Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
  • Process Returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for efficient completion of activities.
  • Utilize systems effectively to record actions taken and identify characteristics of orders that may fail.
  • Communicate back-order management effectively.
  • Support Account Managers on Logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop strong partnerships with materials management, transportation, and warehouse teams.
  • Increase Account Manager productivity and reduce inbound calls from field sales through trusted relationships.
  • Handle emails in a timely manner, maintaining efficiency.
  • Support new team member training, fostering knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred for enhanced understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory for this role.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes is essential.
  • Functional knowledge of related business processes, such as Product Portfolio Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills are vital for this position.
