About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to staff and external partners
  • Manage and update Shopify content
  • Maintain and refresh SharePoint content
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data integrity and apply best practices
  • Provide L1 support and escalate issues when necessary
  • Deliver training and create documentation for new or updated processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to think on your feet
  • High attention to detail and advanced computer skills
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 and Business Central is highly advantageous

This is a temporary contract with the potential to progress into a fixed-term contract for the right candidate. The successful candidate will undergo a National Police Check if successful in this role.
