Job Overview:
- Drive the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring impeccable quality and adherence to process standards.
- Mentor junior talent, oversee projects from start to finish, and contribute to strategic and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end projects by taking client briefs, providing strategic recommendations, writing creative briefs and leading the creative development process and production across all channels.
- Build solid client relationships, build trust and respect with client stakeholders, ensuring clients view you as a valued advisor.
- Partner with Creative and Strategy to ensure work is effective and achieves client goals.
- Use exceptional organisational skills to organise and manage meetings and presentations, ensuring accurate deliverables, reports and clear comms.
- Be part of a collaborative team, disseminate information to your team and play a big part in coaching and mentoring junior members so they can grow in their careers.
- Manage financial aspects related to your projects ensuring accuracy and efficiency adhering to agency process.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' relevant experience working in Account Management within a creative communications advertising agency.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, effortlessly.
- Strong attention to detail, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style.
- You are curious, strategically minded and have a solutions-based approach to working.
- Qualifications in communications/marketing or similar would be preferred.
