Strategic Employee Coordinator

The primary objective of this position is to ensure seamless employee experiences throughout their journey, from onboarding to offboarding and internal transitions.
Deliver customer-focused solutions by coordinating processes that support employees and leaders across the organisation. This will involve managing competing priorities, building trusted relationships and analysing data to inform business decisions.
