Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Liaising with clients to coordinate loan maintenance requests
  • Completing loan maintenance forms and submitting them to lenders
  • Liaising with lenders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Managing and reviewing compliance to maintain high standards
  • Ordering valuations and pricing requests as required
  • Completing servicing calculators to accurately determine loan requirements

Requirements for Success

  • A Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applyonline, and Flex
  • Previous experience in the mortgage industry or lending sector (at least 1 year)

Work Arrangements

Flexible hours and working conditions are offered by our organisation. The ideal candidate will be available to work part-time (25 hours per week) with flexibility to spread their hours over 2-5 days.
