**The Role**

In line with our rapid growth strategy, we're now looking for a **Client Services** **Loans Administration Officer.**

We continuously strive to produce unique products and develop our staff to be the best in the business

This is a challenging and rewarding role within our Client Services team. The main duties of the role includes (but not limited to):

- Accurately process Loan Settlements and Construction Progress Payments
- Conduct welcome calls to customers
- Liaising with our panel of solicitors and funders
- Implement direct debit repayment authorities

- Team player with a positive willingness to learn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Lending/Settlement Officer experience
- Exceptional time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with speed and accuracy
- Superior customer service skills
