**The Role**

The new Loan Assessor role will add to our existing Loans Processing team based in Leederville WA.

Key duties will include:

The ideal applicant will possess:

- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Personal/Home Lending
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management skills and ability to work independently
- Be a Team Player
- Superior attention to detail coupled with speed and accuracy
- Desirable - ability to read and understand financial statements
