Motor Claims Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled professional to manage the entire life cycle of motor claims, from initial assessment to settlement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of motor claims and ensuring timely resolution within client service instructions and company guidelines.
  • Reviewing and understanding claim documents and reports to make coverage decisions.
  • Resolving complaints in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Achieving monthly quality and productivity targets.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Minimum 2+ years of motor insurance experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken, and written communication skills.
  • PC literacy, including database and Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to work autonomously.
