As a Reservations Agent, you play a vital role in setting the tone for outstanding guest experiences. Your transactions are seamless, your local insights are invaluable, and your attention to detail ensures our guests feel at home.

A Glimpse into Your Day-to-Day:

  • Handling incoming new reservations, changes, cancellations, and general information with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Acknowledging IHG One Rewards members and returning guests.
  • Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while maintaining strict privacy and accuracy.
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments in line with hotel credit and billing policies.
  • Utilizing product knowledge of facilities, room categories, rates, packages, and promotions to demonstrate value to our guests.
  • Anticipating and meeting our guests' needs to offer tailored recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a hotel front desk or reservations capacity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Problem-solving skills that turn issues into opportunities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prior experience working with Opera PMS is advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities.
