**Your day to day**
As the Reservations Agent you will be responsible for the accurate handling of individual and group related bookings and providing timely responses to reservations requests including quoting, changes and cancellations. Creating a memorable customer experience and identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise revenue are key to success in this role.

You will work closely with the Reservations Manager to deliver on our promise of True Hospitality and will have the opportunity to learn about the Hotel's commercial strategies.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or Guest Service Agent
- Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or Hospitality related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Opera Property Management System is highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and conflict resolution
- Demonstrate a good attention to detail and be solutions focused
- Strong organisational skills, time management skills and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
