Job Title: Reservations Coordinator

This is a key role that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and effective communication with guests.

You will be responsible for handling all incoming calls into the hotel, redirecting them to each department as necessary and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. You will also analyze and update all guest requests tailored to their specific needs, handle hotel outlet reservations or guest orders and assist and coordinate guest bookings.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our hotel and the surrounding area, able to provide expert recommendations and exceed guest expectations. They will build strong relationships with existing and future guests to drive repeat business and provide personalized stays.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal, relevant experience in a similar position and working rights in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone and email.
  • Handle all incoming calls into the hotel, redirecting them to each department as necessary.
