About the Role

As a Floor Attendant, your goal is to foster an environment where enjoyable moments flow continuously, elevating the guest experience to new heights. Your dedication to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and teamwork will be crucial in contributing to the ongoing success of Mr Percival's.

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability on weekends is essential.
  • Experience in hosting or food and beverage service is essential.
  • A valid Queensland RSA is essential.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest service, with full training provided.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts.
  • A positive and collaborative team player.
  • Ability to assist with guest requests and needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely delivery of meals to the correct tables.
  • Understand dietary requirements on the menu and communicate these effectively with guests.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction with meals and relay feedback to waitstaff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels at kitchen and waitstaff stations.
  • Oversee the guest experience from seating until departure.
  • Build rapport with guests to foster long-lasting loyalty.
  • Adhere to the four touch points with every table.
