About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to join our team at Air Charter Service. As a Flight Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our private charter flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flight Management: Coordinate private charter flights from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring all logistics and details are managed efficiently.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel bookers and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Operator Management: Develop and maintain relationships with operators, ensuring accurate and up-to-date fleet data and operator information.
  • Charter Requests: Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner, communicating all booking changes as required.
  • Reporting: Create flight briefs and post-flight reports, ensuring all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Client and Supplier Invoicing: Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting: Provide ad-hoc reporting to clients as requested.
  • Domestic Travel: Occasionally travel domestically to visit clients and operators.
  • Support to Brokers: Assist brokers with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for coordinating with clients, operators, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role, requiring strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Organization: Coordinating private travel involves managing logistics, schedules, and details, so organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Knowledge of Aviation: Some knowledge of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures can be beneficial.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues is essential in this role.
  • Working under Pressure: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively and with a sense of urgency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using software for charter bookings, communication, and data management is required.
