Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of EPMO support for the delivery of enterprise portfolio governance forums. This role supports and actively contributes to EPMO continuous process improvement activities and uplift in EPMO capability and Centre of Excellence function.

This role provides administration support for the MSP Online PPM tool, iConnect pages and SharePoint/SWIM repositories. It also contributes to the development and continuous improvement of the EPMO Centre of Excellence function including policies, frameworks, standards, tools, templates and processes.

Key responsibilities include providing system administrative support for project/BI tools including MSP Online, and providing access to new users as well as training to ensure effective use of tools.

In addition, this role contributes to the successful running of the EPMO including governance forums and PPM systems.

The role requires developing, maintaining and proactively improving program/project management toolsets that are fit for purpose to support and enable the portfolio/program/project delivery processes and standards (as defined by the EPMO).
