  1. A relevant degree in health, quality, or a related field;
  2. AHPRA registration;
  3. Postgraduate certification or experience in clinical governance or quality improvement (desirable);
  4. Proven success in delivering quality improvement outcomes;
  5. Postgraduate risk management certification or experience (desirable);
  6. Operational thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment;
  7. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines;
  8. A proactive approach to change management;
  9. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles;
  10. Experience interpreting data and producing evidence-based reports;
  11. Knowledge of Australian Privacy Principles and health regulation;
  12. Familiarity with NSQHS and/or RACGP/NGPS accreditation frameworks;
  13. Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
