Proposal Development Specialist

In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of managing proposal processes, design, and content. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and experts across the firm's offices throughout Asia Pacific, developing and executing sales collateral and business development projects. Your focus will be on tailoring and elevating engagement with prospects, clients, and the broader market.
About YouYou are a dynamic and commercially focused individual with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills. With a minimum of 2 to 4 years in a similar role within professional services, you bring tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline. You excel in simplifying complex problems and thinking creatively to solve and articulate them. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders make you an ideal candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sales collateral, capability statements, business development tools, and proposals.
- Manage proposal processes, design, and content.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and experts across the firm's offices.
- Develop and execute sales collateral and business development projects.
- Capture and share knowledge specific to key clients, project experience, resources, and methodologies.
- Implement sales activity across the sales life-cycle using the firm's CRM platform.
