We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at KordaMentha. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development across our Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales collateral and business development projects to drive growth and revenue across our services lines and capabilities.
  • Work closely with Senior Leaders and experts across our offices to understand critical business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive success.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand market trends and develop strategic plans to engage with prospects, clients, and the broader market.
  • Capture and share knowledge specific to key clients, project experience, resources, and methodologies to drive sales activity and growth.
  • Develop and implement a sales and proposal management plan to champion and support teams in upskilling and embedding sales skills across the firm.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated capability and experience in the development and delivery of sales collateral, capability statements, and proposals.
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years working within a similar role, ideally within professional services.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and think creatively to solve and articulate them.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver on requirements.
  • Experience in using, updating, and creating insights from online CRM platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and motivation for learning/self-development.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and flexible in responding to changing work priorities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
