Role Responsibilities
In this essential position, you will lead the management of proposal processes, focusing on design and content. You will work closely with senior leaders and specialists across various offices in the Asia Pacific region, developing and executing compelling sales materials and business development initiatives. Your primary goal will be to enhance engagement with prospects, clients, and the wider market. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying key business opportunities, collaborating with teams, and crafting proposals that position the firm favorably in the competitive landscape. Additionally, you will gather and disseminate knowledge pertinent to key clients, project experiences, resources, and methodologies, while implementing sales activities throughout the sales lifecycle using the firm's CRM system.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a commercially astute individual with robust analytical, planning, and project management capabilities. With 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar capacity within professional services, you possess relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. You have a knack for simplifying complex challenges and creatively articulating solutions. Your strong skills in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with senior stakeholders make you an excellent fit for this role. A proven history of utilizing and updating CRM platforms, along with a proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable approach to shifting work priorities, is essential.

Key Competencies:
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering sales materials, capability statements, business development tools, and proposals.
  • Strong commercial focus with excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within professional services.
  • Adept at simplifying complex issues and thinking creatively to address and articulate them.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project management abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly in using, updating, and generating insights (Dynamics 365 preferred).
