{"About the Role": "We are seeking a skilled Communications & Proposals Advisor to join our Rail Operations hub in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing logistics and coordination of internal and external corporate events, creating engaging content, and developing proposal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage logistics and coordination of internal corporate events, including Staff Updates, Staff Awards, Project Leader Forums, Christmas Parties, and others as they arise.
* Manage logistics and coordination of external corporate events, including AusRail, IPA events, trade shows, conferences, and others as they arise.
* Manage events and marketing supporting material, including banners, photography, and video arrangements.
* Create engaging content and communications for use across a variety of internal and external communication platforms including LinkedIn, Viva Engage, and Newsletter.
* Create, coordinate, prepare, and collate proposal documents as required.
* Assist in the management of submission-related information.
* Plan, write, edit, and proofread high-quality content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and professionalism.

Requirements:

* Good working knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors and/or experience in a professional services environment.
* Degree educated in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or other relevant field equivalent.
* Knowledge of Microsoft packages.
* Knowledge of Adobe InDesign desirable but not necessary.
