We are seeking a highly skilled Bids and Proposals Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving capture plans and bids for our energy and environment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage stakeholder groups to ensure accountability and drive collaboration throughout the bid process
  • Coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations
  • Manage bid teams to produce high-quality documents within tight timeframes
  • Communicate and present to leadership, ensuring effective capture plan sessions

Requirements

  • 4-10 years of experience in bids and proposals, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Proactive and motivated individual with a drive to enhance bid success and achieve exceptional results
  • Effective communicator with a strong background in running capture plan sessions and presenting to leadership
  • Experience in coordinating and managing bids, including developing bid schedules, formatting documents, and setting clear deliverables
  • Proven ability to hold team members accountable and ensure timely, high-quality submissions
