As a Graduate Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of associates, maintaining health and safety standards, developing performance goals, collaborating with support teams, partnering with the management team, and reviewing work forecasts.

You will have the opportunity to work in one of our Fulfillment Centres or Delivery Stations, where you'll lead a team or process from day one. You'll continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.

As a key part of the operations team, you'll work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to ensure we stay on track to meet our customer demands and targets. This will involve analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area, as well as discussing operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.

We provide an onboarding/training program that develops you to become competent in both soft skill interactions and technical scenarios through an array of virtual and practical learning. Post onboarding, the program focuses on building proficiency within your role and broadening your lens to understand the wider operation within our organisation and how it operates away from your direct work.
