Job Description

A Trainee Store Manager is a key role in our retail stores, responsible for supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and leading by example to create a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail or supervisory experience and be passionate about stepping up to leadership roles. They will be confident, proactive and people-focused, with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to motivate and develop teams.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and able to tackle whatever the day throws at them. They will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to sales performance through driving store KPIs.

In this role, you will support the execution of in-store events and seasonal campaigns, maintain high standards across merchandising, stock control, food safety and compliance, and take ownership of store standards from cleanliness and ticketing to uniform and product quality.
