We are excited to holding a Grow with Us Assessment Centre for future Store Managers

The Grow with Us program is designed to empower you to take charge of their development, with the goal of preparing you to confidently apply for Store Manager roles—a position that is key to helping us achieve our company vision.

Team members who have expressed interest in stepping into this role should currently be working with their Line Manager on the Store Manager Development Sheet. This process helps identify key strengths and development areas before applying to attend an Assessment Day.

Candidates who are successful at the Assessment Centre will begin a structured development journey, which will run alongside their current role in AUNZ. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to a wide range of topics, receive ongoing feedback, and build hands-on experience in areas critical to the Store Manager role.

Eligibility Criteria for the Assessment Centre

To apply via the Employee Portal, please ensure the following steps are completed:

• You must be high performing in your current role. Before applying, have a conversation with your Line Manager about your readiness for the program. Your Line Manager will be asked to provide feedback as part of your application
• Submit your application with the following documents attached:
  • Completed Store Manager Development Sheet
  • Cover Letter
  • Updated CV
• Be available to attend the Assessment Centre in Sydney on Wednesday September 17th
• Please note: Due to data privacy policies, applications will only be accepted via the employee portal
• This development opportunity is only open to current Australia & New Zealand team members.

The Store Manager role

As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the entire customer experience, ensuring high visual and commercial standards that align with global strategies and your store's local context. Acting in line with our values, you'll drive both your success and the company's success.

You will:

• Lead your store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while promoting and selling our products.
• Stay informed about your store's strengths, opportunities, and competitors, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
• Analyse sales performance, set goals, and create plans to optimize results, profits, and stock levels.
• Manage scheduling and store maintenance efficiently, aligning with sales budgets and commercial priorities.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop your team while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that promotes growth and innovation.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
