Job Description:

This exciting role involves managing customer relationships, demonstrating our latest tools on site, and providing high-level customer consultation. As an Account Manager, you will embark on a development journey in a global company, building a strong business foundation and making sales through effective relationship management.

The Role Involves:

  • Building Relationships: You will be on the field, meeting with customers daily to capture business opportunities, creating value in accounts through long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Time and Territory Management (TTM): Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Be a Hilti Champion: Carry technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations in your defined territory, representing the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Tracking Progress: Utilize Salesforce to record interactions and make sales, with reporting being a key part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or Architecture is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in any customer-facing roles.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Hands-on attitude – demonstrate tools to customers, use platforms like Salesforce, and collaborate with various departments.
  • Previous experience in the Construction industry or related industries is advantageous.
  • Time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Maintain a valid full Australian driver's license – we will provide a company car.
  • Internationally or domestically mobile with the desire to develop and outperform.
