Regional Sales Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in the Western Australian market. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across key mining regions and building strong relationships with end-users and distributors.
The ideal candidate will have a technical sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a close-knit team. Experience in pump sales is highly regarded, but candidates with exposure to related products are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business across the Goldfields, Pilbara, Midwest, and Southwest mining regions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users and distributors within mining
- Collaborate with agriculture and domestic sales teams in WA
- Identify new business opportunities to expand our market share
- Proven business development experience in the industrial or mining sector
- A strong network of relationships across WA mining regions
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small, close-knit team
- Willingness to travel regularly to key mining regions
- Salary package including base salary, superannuation, car allowance, and bonus
