Business Growth Manager

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the sale of solutions and services to new clients.

  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experience and outcomes by aligning our solutions with our customers' objectives.
  • You will manage and grow our pipeline, ensuring velocity and removing opportunity obstacles.
  • You will drive a profitable pipeline mix by balancing technical testing, quality engineering, business agility, offshoring, and digital solutions.
  • You will work collaboratively as part of a successful team, providing guidance and support for non-sales background team members.
