Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Emerging Corporate Team in Australia.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and growing our customer base by providing exceptional customer service, supporting compliance activities, and driving business growth.

About the Role
  • Maintain a well-managed portfolio of customers across all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.
  • Support relationship managers in developing and maintaining relationships with customers to identify and meet their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to deliver customer solutions that meet their evolving needs.
Requirements
  • Ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform business decisions and deliver customer solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
